James Park, PMHNP-BC

In life, we all experiences times of emotional pain. Sometimes, this leads to depression, anxiety, and other symptoms that can impact your relationships, work, and overall well-being. I work collaboratively with each person to help relieve unnecessary suffering and nurture your innate capacities.

The biological factors of health are important considerations for both your physical and emotional well being. Medications may be an important tool as part of a holistic treatment plan. I strive to stay informed of current research developments in psychiatry, psychotherapy, and other interdisciplinary fields.

Psychotherapy can be an integral part of a holistic treat plan. Many find psychotherapy a worthwhile investment that fosters healing, resilience, and growth, long after treatment has completed. I am informed by psychodynamic, emotionally-focused, and experiential foundations. I tailor my therapy to each individual’s needs to provide a nurturing, but active therapeutic relationship. I am happy to collaborate with your current therapist as well.
